Pickup Information
- You will receive an email with 3 designated pickup times and locations, as well as contact information.
- Anyone designated to pick up your items on your behalf must have your order number and full name.
- All items not picked up during session will be shipped at an additional prepaid cost.

- Custom/made-to-order items: 21 business days

Exceptions
- During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer. We will do our best to communicate any delays.
